During one of the hottest Septembers on record in the UK, our cooks and their guests could stand the heat and came into the kitchen! 

On offer were three traditional Polish dishes, probably more suitable for the Autumn and Winter seasons but eagerly anticipated by all of us! After demonstrations on how to prepare and cook the dishes, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal out in the garden on a delightful warm evening.

And then there was the Quiz!
